1. Online shopping

  1. We are very sorry but all international orders are final sales (no returns or exchanges are allowed)
  2. Taibo Bacar is available to assist you in choosing the right item to meet your expectations.
  3. Taibo Bacar cares about the satisfaction of its customers. Thus, it grants its customers the possibility of exchanging the item(s) purchased, and the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except if the returned item(s) is defective or does not correspond to the item purchased by the customer.
  4. All items must be exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original copy of the receipt issued at the time of purchase.
  5. Products must be returned in their original bags.
  6. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, with an authenticity card and with the respective label intact.
  7. The customer must present the invoice for the purchase of the product for confirmation at the time of exchange.
  8. Before the exchange is approved, the product(s) will go through an evaluation process.
  9. If the product(s) is returned with signs of use or any type of damage, the exchange cannot be approved.
  10. Exchanges are not allowed for intimate garments: boxer shorts, swim trunks, bikinis, and swimsuits.

2. In-store purchases

  1. Exchanges can be made in our physical stores during our working hours: Monday to Saturday (09:00 – 19:00) and Sunday (09:00-14:00).
  2. We offer 14 days from the date of purchase of the product in the physical store for proper observation and possible exchange.
  3. Products must be returned in their original bags.
  4. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, with an authenticity card and with the respective label intact.
  5. The customer must present the invoice for the purchase of the product for confirmation at the time of exchange.
  6. Before the exchange is approved, the product(s) will go through an evaluation process.

3. Items not applicable to exchange

We regret that we cannot accept the exchange or return of the following items:

  • Items purchased on sale.
  • Intimate clothing items (boxers, swim trunks, bikinis and swimsuits).
